    Sick Leave

    Every year, Avico offers five days of sick leave to all employees between January l and December 15.

    Work Clothes

    At Avico, employees do not have to spend any money before their first day of work. Work clothes such as steel toe boots, coats and thermal socks are provided.

    Referral Program

    At Avico, employees recommending an individual hired for a position are rewarded with a $250 prize when the new employee completes probation.
