Maintenance Program
Members of our preventive maintenance staff work closely with our HACCP quality control department, which ensures the verification and continuous monitoring of each piece of equipment at our plant. A specially trained member of the maintenance team was assigned to this specific task to help reduce machine down time, production costs and equipment breakdown that may contaminate products. Using the latest software, we can monitor in real time each maintenance task and the condition of our equipment. At the same time, we control the condition of building structure, refrigeration, ventilation and our high-pressure cleaning system.
