Vacuum Packaging

    To keep food moisture-free, reduce exposure to oxygen and, above all, preserve flavour longer, vacuum packaging is the ideal solution.

    Our facilities are equipped with M-TEK and CVP vacuum packaging equipment designed to vacuum pack a wide range of products, such as poultry, prepared meat, fish, vegetables and more. A range of bag sizes can be used with this equipment.

    Vacuum packaging consists of drawing air from inside the bag and replacing it with a combination of gases for additional control over the propagation of bacteria and to preserve food longer.

    Our equipment also offers the advantage of using either aluminum or plastic bags to suit the needs of our clients.
